About the RoleBigBasket is looking for hardworking and responsible Pickers & Packers to join our fulfillment team. The role involves accurately picking customer orders, packing products safely, and ensuring orders are ready for timely delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesPicker
- Pick products from designated warehouse/store locations according to customer orders.
- Check product name, quantity, quality, and expiry before picking.
- Handle fresh, grocery, and household products carefully.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking.
- Keep the picking area clean and organized.
Packer
- Pack picked products securely and appropriately.
- Ensure products are packed according to company quality standards.
- Check order accuracy before dispatch.
- Handle fragile and temperature-sensitive products carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
- RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th standard preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and basic communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for extended periods.
