Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Production

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily factory operations, production planning and targets.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Store, Dispatch and Maintenance teams.

• Monitor manpower, supervisors and contractors.

• Ensure timely production and dispatch as per schedule.

• Control material wastage, production delays and quality issues.

• Maintain factory discipline, safety, cleanliness and 5S.

• Monitor stock, raw material and finished goods movement.

• Prepare daily/weekly production and operations reports.

• Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.

• Improve productivity,



efficiency and overall factory performance.

• Report daily operational updates directly to management.

Candidate Requirements: • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations.

• Strong experience in factory and manpower management.

• Good knowledge of production, store and dispatch operations.

• Positive leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• MS Excel/MIS knowledge preferred.

• Experience in RO/Water Purifier/Plastic Manufacturing will be an advantage.
