Ecom Executive – Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesThe Ecom Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and timely order processing from order confirmation to successful delivery. Key responsibilities include store setup, product launch and removal, order management, dispatch coordination, finance and reporting, and refund execution. The role involves calling and confirming orders with clients on the same day, preparing and printing job cards, sharing tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, and handling client queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoho Desk. The executive is expected to ensure orders are dispatched within 48 hours, respond to customer queries within 2 working hours, and maintain high customer satisfaction and successful delivery rates. The role requires robust communication, customer handling, decision-making, problem-solving, accuracy, resourcefulness, cost control, and the ability to work under pressure, along with working knowledge of Magento, product details, and logistics. The key focus is on satisfied clients, successful deliveries, and error-free order execution.
