Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day courier operations, parcel packing, courier handover, warehouse activities, and staff management. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of multiple courier companies and practical warehouse operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily logistics and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with multiple courier companies for parcel pickup and handover.
- Handle courier bookings, shipments, pickup schedules, and dispatch coordination.
- Ensure parcels are properly packed, labelled, sorted, and handed over to courier partners.
- Supervise packer boys and warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
- Monitor packing quality, speed, and productivity.
- Manage manpower and ensure smooth workflow during peak workload.
- Assist personally in packing and warehouse work when there is a shortage of manpower.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, returned, and damaged parcels.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding pickup, delivery, RTO, NDR, and shipment-related issues.
- Ensure warehouse stock and parcels are properly organized.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the warehouse.
- Monitor daily dispatch targets and ensure timely handover to courier companies.




- Handle basic documentation and MIS/reporting related to logistics operations.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, customer support, and warehouse teams when required.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of multiple courier companies and courier processes.
- Practical knowledge of warehouse operations and parcel dispatch.
- Experience in handling Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, Ekart, DTDC, etc. will be preferred.
- Good manpower and staff-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and courier partners simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel, and logistics software knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch targets.
- Should be comfortable doing hands-on packing/warehouse work whenever required.
- Preferred CandidatePrevious experience in e-commerce logistics, courier, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Experience managing a team of packers/warehouse staff.
- Good understanding of RTO, NDR, COD, shipment tracking, courier manifests, and dispatch processes.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to independently manage daily logistics operations.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners with relevant logistics/warehouse experience will be preferred.
