Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing & Store Executive to manage billing activities as well as day-to-day store operations in our retail outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and invoice generation.
- Operate POS/billing software accurately.
- Handle cash/card/UPI billing transactions.
- Maintain daily billing records.
- Receive and verify incoming stock.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Handle material inward and outward activities.
- Arrange and maintain products properly in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers and the accounts team when required.
- Support daily retail store operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Billing / Store Operations / Inventory.
- Experience with POS or billing software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
- Candidates having experience in both Billing and Store Operations will be preferred.
