We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Calling Executive responsible for generating qualified leads and site visits through high-volume outbound calling.
The role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive in communication, comfortable with targets, and strongly motivated by performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property preferences.
- Identify and qualify genuine prospects from calling databases and leads.
- Generate and schedule 50–70 qualified site visits per month.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into site visits.
- Explain basic project/property details and address initial customer queries.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call outcomes and follow-up activities in Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits and handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until the site visit is completed.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and site-visit targets.

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive and skilled telephone communication.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
- High energy and willingness to make a large number of calls every day.
- Prior experience in real estate calling.
