Position: Experienced Metal Fabricator

Experience: 3–8+ years in architectural/industrial metal fabrication

Job Responsibilities

Execute fabrication work as per drawings, measurements, and site requirements.

Fabricate SS, MS, brass and other architectural metalwork accurately.

Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, bending, fitting, and assembly.

Handle TIG and MIG welding with proper finishing.

Read and understand fabrication/shop drawings.

Maintain accurate dimensions, alignment, levels, angles, and joints.

Achieve high-quality finishes including hairline, satin, mirror, brushed and polished finishes.

Inspect work for dimensional accuracy and finishing quality before dispatch/site installation.

Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and site teams.

Maintain discipline, safety, tools, and housekeeping in the workshop.

Complete work within the required project timelines.

Skills Required

3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of SS and MS fabrication.

Excellent TIG/MIG welding and fabrication skills.





Ability to read and interpret technical/fabrication drawings.

Strong understanding of measurements, dimensions, angles, and fabrication tolerances.

Skilled in grinding, buffing, polishing and surface finishing.

Experience with architectural metalwork is highly preferred.

Ability to fabricate complex and premium-quality metal products.

Good problem-solving and practical fabrication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Positive understanding of workshop safety and proper tool handling.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in architectural metal fabrication, premium stainless-steel work, restaurants, hotels, commercial interiors, luxury residential projects, handrails, partitions, doors, furniture, cladding and custom metal installations will be given preference.

We are looking for highly skilled fabricators—not helpers. Candidates must be able to independently execute fabrication work to a high-quality standard.
