Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft to manage a sales team responsible for acquiring customers and achieving business targets for personal loans and overdraft products. The candidate will drive sales performance, lead the team, ensure quality sourcing, and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Personal Loan & Overdraft sales executives.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, DSA/channel partners,



and existing customer relationships.
- Monitor individual team-member performance and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure proper customer profiling and quality lead generation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in personal loan, overdraft, consumer lending, banking, fintech, or NBFC sales.
- Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
