Fabindia is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive store performance.

- ? Position: Store Manager
- ? Location: Coimbatore
- ? Experience: 5+ years in retail (Fashion / Lifestyle preferred)? Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 To 25,000 per month
- Incentive: Up to ₹4,000 per month (performance-based)

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
- Inventory management and stock control
- Visual merchandising as per Fabindia guidelines
- ? Required SkillsStrong leadership and communication skills
- Valuable understanding of retail operations
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to handle staff and resolve issues independently
