Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, reporting, compliance, and business finance processes across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed conglomerates in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, Real Estate, or diversified business groups and possess a robust understanding of project-driven and asset-intensive businesses.

- Additional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage N

nDesired Candidate Profile

- CA with 12-18 years of post-qualification experience. N
- Proven experience in large conglomerates, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, or Real Estate sectors. N
- Strong exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury, controllership, and compliance. N
- Experience managing large-scale projects, asset-heavy businesses, or multi-location operations. N




- Sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation, and audit practices. N
- Advanced proficiency inSAP/ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting. N
- Demonstrated ability toinfluence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes. N

- Monthly dashboards for focusing on overall book hygiene N
- Ensuring Review of Financial Statements N
- Site co-ordinations andProcess alignment N
- Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning N
- Ensure Board Presentation and Audit Committee meetings N
- Regulatory compliance of Related party transactions N
- Ensuring end to end migration of newly acquired entity / process N
- Acting as technical advisory to FCs / CFOs N
- Financial Due Diligenceof target entity (Financial analysis part) N
- Ensure adherence to Internal Controls processes alignment N
- Validation of compliances i.E. XBRL / DPT 3 etc. N
