NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a Paid Social Specialist with solid execution capabilities in Meta Ads to manage and optimize campaigns for US & UK B2C clients. This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client communication are equally important.
NWhat You'll Do

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume.
N
- Build campaign structures, audience strategies,



retargeting funnels, budget allocation, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
N
- Collaborate with the creative team by providing actionable insights on ad creatives, copy, and performance trends.
N
- Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
N
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to drive campaign success.
N
- Independently manage day-to-day campaign execution while communicating confidently with US & UK clients.
NWhat We're Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads within a performance marketing agency.
N
- Experience managing B2Cpaid social campaigns for US and/or UK markets.
N
- Strong understanding ofMeta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

- Experience in audience building, campaign scaling, A/B testing, attribution analysis, and
