nSharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.
NYou'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.
NThis role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.
NKey Responsibilities

- Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs N
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network N
- Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers N
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled N
- Grow accounts and driverepeat business N
- Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly N

- Turn conversations intosigned agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding) N
- Start getting requirements from clients early on N
- Bring in and grow a fewactive client accounts N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing business development N
- Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs N
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills N
- Ability to manage the sales cycle independently N
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets N

- Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholders N
- Experience in client acquisition and closures N
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc. N
