Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching prospective clients,



understanding their visualization requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, and hospitality sectors.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and direct meetings.
