NKey Responsibilities & Skills
N1. Core Statutory Compliance Knowledge (Must-Have)
NStrong hands-on experience in Indian labour laws and statutory compliance, including:
N
- n
- PF (Provident Fund) – ECR filing, UAN activation, withdrawals, inspections N
- ESIC – Registration, contribution, returns, advantages handling N
- PT (Professional Tax) –State-wise compliance and return filing N
- Statutory returnsn
- LWF (Labour Welfare Fund) – Applicability and filings N
- Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Shops & Establishments Act N

n2. Practical Compliance Handling
N
- n
- End-to-end statutory remittance and return filing N
- Handling statutory notices, inspections, and audits N
- Liaising with government departments (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office) N
- Maintaining compliance calendars and ensuring adherence to statutory due dates N

n3. Payroll & CTC Understanding
N
- n
- Strong understanding of salary structures and CTC components N
- Knowledge of statutory deductions,



including PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS N
- Experience in payroll processing and validation N

n4. Team Coordination
N
- n
- Coordinating withteam members to ensure timely completion of compliance activities N
- Monitoring assigned tasks and maintaining accuracy in deliverables N
- Supporting junior team members whenever required N

n5. Client & Stakeholder Management
N
- n
- Handling multipleclient accounts N
- Conducting review callsand resolving client queries N
- Managing escalations and ensuring SLA adherence N

n6. Documentation &Reporting;

- n
- Preparing MIS reports N
- Maintaining compliance trackers N
- Managing audit documentation and statutory records N
- Supporting SOP creationand process improvement initiatives N

n7. System & Technical Skills
N
- n
- Experience with payroll/compliance software (GreytHR, Keka, Saral, etc.) N
- Proficiency in MS Excel(Pivot Tables, VL
