- First Notice of Loss (FNOL) N
- Claim Validationn
- Claim Assessment & Investigation N

- Claim Approval, Settlement, and Closure N

- Experiencein Premium Audit processes will be an added advantage. N
- Knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, or other Property & Casualty insurance operations is desirable. N
- Candidates with relevant insurance domain certifications will be preferred. N
- Must be Willing to workin US shifts, including night shifts. N
