Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior projects from start to completion.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, and other site teams.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, material usage, labour costs, and overall project budgets.
- Identify project delays, site issues, and potential risks and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
- Review measurements, quantities, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Manage client requirements, site changes, and project variations effectively.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and work records.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all finishing works meet company standards.




- Prepare and close snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of interior design execution and construction processes.
- Excellent vendor and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, electrical, lighting, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in interior project management.
- Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred.
