Key Responsibilities

- Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, website and other channels
- Check orders, verify stock availability, pick and pack products accurately
- Generate invoices, shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch with courier partners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inward/outward stock movement
- Reconcile physical stock with system and conduct regular stock checks
- Monitor low stock and ensure proper SKU-wise organization and storage
- Handle returns, RTO and exchanges; inspect returned products and update records
- Identify damaged/missing items and report discrepancies
- Coordinate daily pickups, track shipments and resolve logistics issues
- Maintain dispatch reports, order logs and inventory MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
- Keep warehouse clean, organized and ensure proper labeling and storage




- Assist in stock receiving, audits and overall smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce operations, order processing, inventory or dispatch.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using computers and e-commerce/order management platforms.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse activities including picking, packing and stock handling.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual and reliable.
- Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket or similar platforms will be an advantage.
