- Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee & Service: Prepare espresso beverages to high quality standards, deliver friendly customer service, and train staff on coffee preparation.
- Cafe Management: Manage inventory, place vendor orders, create shift schedules, and handle POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
- Operations & Hygiene: Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards; ensure daily maintenance and cleaning of espresso machinery and equipment.
- Leadership & Customer Care: Supervise, onboard, and motivate staff; handle customer feedback promptly to drive repeat business.
- Key Requirements2+ years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role in a cafe.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and commercial coffee equipment.
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings.
