Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing the market, visiting customers regularly, generating orders, collecting outstanding payments and building strong relationships with dealers and buyers.

The role requires extensive daily market movement, with a target of visiting at least 30 customer counters every working day.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit a minimum of 30 customer counters daily in the assigned market.
- Generate orders for copier paper and maplitho paper.
- Develop recent customers, including stationery dealers, paper merchants, printers, photocopy centres, wholesalers and institutional buyers.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Collect payments and outstanding dues from customers as per agreed credit terms.
- Ensure timely deposit and proper documentation of all collections received.
- Share product prices, schemes,



stock availability and delivery information with customers.
- Identify market demand, competitor pricing and competitor activities.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending orders and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the office, accounts and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Resolve basic customer issues relating to orders, billing, delivery and product availability.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, orders booked, payments collected and new leads generated.
- Submit a Daily Sales Report and market feedback at the end of each working day.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection and new-customer targets assigned by the management.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers.
