Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Doctors Engagement Counsellor with a background in BAMS / BHMS to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our organization and healthcare professionals/patients. You will be responsible for handling clinical queries, guiding individuals through medical consultations, and fostering robust provider engagement.

Fluency in spoken Marathi is a strict requirement as you will be managing communication across the Maharashtra region.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated point of contact to build, nurture, and maintain long-term skilled relationships with medical professionals.

Tele-consultation Support: Conduct clinical follow-ups,



handle inbound inquiries, and make outbound calls to optimize healthcare delivery and engagement.

Data Management: Maintain precise records of daily communications, medical feedback, and queries in our system.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Valid degree in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in medical counselling, clinical coordinates.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in spoken Marathi alongside a good command of English/Hindi.

Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, clinical empathy, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM).
