# Job Description – Real Estate Manager

**Position:** Real Estate Manager / Sales Manager

**Location:** Noida, Uttar Pradesh

**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year – Experienced Candidates Only

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

### Job Responsibilities

* Handle property sales, client meetings, site visits and property-related inquiries.

* Generate leads and convert them into successful property transactions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners and channel partners.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.

* Conduct regular field visits and coordinate property site visits with clients.

* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

* Maintain follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

* Keep updated with Noida real estate market, property prices and local developments.

* Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

### Candidate Requirements





* **Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales/Property Sales is mandatory.**

* Only experienced candidates will be considered; **freshers are not eligible.**

* Candidate must be **currently based in Noida**.

* Good knowledge of the **Noida Yamuna expressway noida extention real estate market** will be preferred.

* **Basic English communication skills** are required.

* Valuable communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

* Must be comfortable with field work, client meetings and regular site visits.

* **Own vehicle (Bike/Scooter/Car) is mandatory** for field visits.

* Should be target-oriented, confident and presentable.

* Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
