Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students about courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Multimedia, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Job Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, etc.

Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails).

Explain course details, career opportunities, and fee structure.

Convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain follow-up with prospective students.

Maintain daily reports of leads, calls, and conversions.

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Participate in seminars, events, and career guidance sessions.

Key Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA)

Freshers or candidates with experience in counselling, sales, or telecalling
