Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Architect / Architect to lead and contribute to architectural projects from concept through completion. Candidates with 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, depending on their skills and suitability for the role.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, communication skills, and a willingness to take responsibility for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support architectural design development from concept stage to final execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Handle assigned projects independently with accountability for timelines and quality.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Review material selections and technical specifications.
- Guide and support junior architects and design team members.
- Monitor project schedules,



deliverables, and quality standards.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of design development, detailing, and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3Ds Max.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Experience with a reputed or established architecture firm is an added advantage.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of local authority approvals, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Candidate ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch – 5 Years).

- Experience: 6 months to 1 years, based on the level of the position and candidate capability.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months of relevant experience may also be considered for suitable responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and creative design approach.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Candidates with higher experience should have solid project-handling and team-management capabilities.
