Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closing of significant deals.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
