Main Accountabilities

1. Assisting safety manager day-to-day activities.

2. Assisting BPS Safety element owners.

3. Work Permit conditions physical verification .

4. PPE stock maintaining

5. SAP : SC raising /getting quotation from vendors.

6. Supervising of AMC of firefighting equipments & action points closures.

7. Safety training & induction : planning and delivering.

8. Firefighting equipment (e.g Fire pumps) : testing as per schedule

9. Publishing & tracking: monthly schedule for Plant general inspection /Toolbox talk.

10. Safety related notice boards up-dation

11. MIS generation ( safety statistics )

• PTW tracking

• CCFV (critical Control field verification) tracking

• Safety report preparation

• Free learning :Stop work /near Miss/injury data/Hazard .

• Engagement in safety proactive measures.

• CAPA closures

Technical

1. Valuable understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations2. Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) system3. Ability to identify hazards and unsafe conditions4. Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response systems
