Aesthetic Clinic Manager – Job DescriptionAn Aesthetic Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient experience, team coordination, and achievement of business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily clinic operations and front-desk activities.
- Coordinate doctors, therapists, reception, and support staff.
- Handle patient appointments, follow-ups, enquiries, and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and clinic hygiene.
- Manage treatment schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Monitor sales, packages, memberships, and monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, offers, and lead follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records, inventory, billing, and basic administrative reports.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily responsibilities.




- Coordinate with vendors and manage clinic supplies and inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.
- Ensure clinic policies, safety standards, and professional protocols are followed.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or healthcare clinic.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser, HIFU, PRP/GFC, HydraFacial, and skin treatments is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic clinic management software.
- Target-oriented, organized, professional, and presentable.
