Role & Responsiblities:-

- Manage end to end retention process by renewing policyfor the existing customers
- Telesales Process and communication with customers via calls.
- Need to retain the existing customers by addressing customer queries and provide accurate policy detail while maintaining the meet quality standards.
- To educate the customer the importance of renewing their existing policy.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the system and achieve individual sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Looking for candidate with go getter atttitude and goal oriented candidates, who is interested in working for telesales challenging world.

Work Timings & Perks:-

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 5 Days Working |

CTC:- Up to 2.79 LPA

Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai
