In this role, you'll be a Housekeeping Champion:Multi-Branch Operations:

- Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations across all Mystery Rooms branches.
- Ensure consistent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across locations.
- Coordinate with branch managers and housekeeping teams to address daily requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure housekeeping SOPs are followed.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, equipment, and wastage.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff across branches.
- Monitor housekeeping staff shift timings, attendance, and punctuality across all branches.
- Ensure housekeeping staff punch in and punch out correctly on the company attendance app.
- Track attendance and address any irregularities or discrepancies.




- Ensure staff are present as per their assigned shift timings and manage any attendance-related concerns.
- Identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel between branches as required.
- Do you have the following?3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision/management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage and coordinate teams across multiple locations.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline.
- Willingness to travel between branches.

- More Details:Job Type: Full Time
- Experience: 3–5 years preferred
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Working days
- Location: Multiple Mystery Rooms branches
- Travel: Required between branches
- Attendance: All housekeeping staff must punch in and punch out through the company attendance app as per their assigned shifts.
