- Handle customer queries professionally
- Promote app downloads, subscriptions, or hiring solutions
- Required Skills, Good communication skills in English, Hindi, kannada and local language
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills

- Qualification / Graduate / Diploma
- MBA or Sales certification is an added advantage
