Position: Kiosk Attendant - Rapido

Salary:

- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹16,000 CTC

- Performance Incentive:Up to ₹3,000 per month

- Benefits: PF + ESI

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Attend to customers for Rapido Cab/Taxi bookings at the kiosk

- App Onboarding: Help new users download the Rapido app and complete registration

- Driver Outreach: Distribute pamphlets and guide interested candidates for Rapido driver on-boarding

- Customer Support: Resolve passenger queries related to booking, fares, and ride status

- Brand Promotion: Promote Rapido services at the railway station kiosk

Eigibility Criteria:

- Minimum 12th Pass

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English preferred

- Customer handling and convincing skills

- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality

- Comfortable working at a public place/kiosk and handling passenger rush

- Prior experience in customer service / field sales is an added advantage
