- Valid LMV/Transport Driving Licence.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in a school/childcare environment.
- Positive knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Clean driving record and responsible driving habits.
- Physically fit and punctual.
- Polite, patient, and well-mannered with children, parents, and staff.
- Must maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the school van.
- Responsible for safe pick-up and drop-off of children as per the assigned route and schedule.
