Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services to surgeons and doctors.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness. To create and curate content for online platforms, including blogs, emails, and websites.
- Support SEO and SEM activities to enhance website traffic and ranking.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.




- Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and medical device industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

After completing training and being confirmed as a full-time employee, the salary package is Rs. 2,00,000-2,20,000 per annum, with potential for growth based on performance, plus extra benefits.

Location:

Candidates should preferably reside in North Bangalore or be able to relocate or travel
