- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans and packages to clients.
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Convert interested leads into paid memberships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer and lead information in CRM/records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build a positive relationship with clients and provide professional assistance.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable with sales targets and calling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telesales/inside sales will be an advantage.
