- Job ResponsibilitiesRead and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
- Perform MIG/MAG, ARC and gas welding as required.
- Fabricate and assemble machine frames, brackets, shafts supports, guards, and other components.
- Perform fitting, cutting, grinding, drilling, marking, and alignment work.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, try square, spirit level, and angle gauge.
- Ensure proper welding quality, dimensions, alignment, and finishing.
- Work with MS, SS and other metal materials.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely.
- Inspect completed assemblies and correct welding/fitting defects.
- Follow production schedules and maintain workplace safety and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with production,



design, and machine assembly teams.
- Required Skills2–5 years of experience in welder/fitter/fabrication work preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial machine fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of welding joints, welding electrodes, and welding procedures.
- Ability to perform accurate fitting and alignment.
- Knowledge of MS/SS fabrication.
- Safety-conscious and able to work independently.

QualificationITI – Welder / Fitter or equivalent practical experience.

Salary₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Preferred CandidateExperience in pipe bending machines, industrial machinery, machine frames, hydraulic equipment, or heavy fabrication will be an advantage.
