1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and responsible Interior Designer to join North Interior Spaces. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting the successful execution of projects at site.

The role requires a combination of design skills, technical knowledge, client coordination, and site execution capabilities.

- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & DocumentationPrepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, and electrical layouts.
- Develop detailed drawings and design documentation required for project execution.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders using Google SketchUp and relevant rendering tools.
- Develop design concepts, material selections, colour schemes, and furniture layouts according to project requirements.
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurate, practical, and suitable for execution.
- Site & ExecutionConduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other site professionals.
- Supervise ongoing work and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related design and execution issues.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper implementation of design details.
- Monitor project progress and communicate execution requirements clearly to the concerned teams.
- Client & Project CoordinationCoordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project expectations.
- Present design concepts, drawings, 3D views, and material selections to clients.
- Incorporate approved client feedback into the design.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution.




- Support the project team in achieving project deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- 3. Required Skills & QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of interior design principles, materials, furniture, finishes, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and rendering software.
- Ability to prepare professional 2D and working drawings.
- Basic understanding of electrical, civil, carpentry, and other interior execution requirements.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

4. Performance ExpectationsThe Interior Designer is expected to:

- Complete assigned design and documentation work within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in drawings and 3D presentations.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, client, vendor, contractor, and site teams.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve design and execution issues.
- Follow company processes, reporting procedures, and project standards.

5. Compensation & Additional Responsibilities

The agreed salary covers the standard responsibilities and working hours defined for the position.
