You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order across the office, as well as assisting with basic office errands and hospitality tasks for guests and staff.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning & MaintenanceClean, sweep, and mop office floors, conference rooms, and common areas daily.
- Dust desks, tables, chairs, computers, and other equipment carefully.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper are fully stocked.
- Empty all trash cans and recycling bins throughout the day.
- Ensure windows, glass doors, and mirrors are clean and smudge-free.

2. Office Support & Hospitality

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff,



management, and visitors/guests.

- Wash and store pantry utensils, cups, and dishware.
- Keep the pantry area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Assist in organizing meeting rooms before and after conferences (adjusting chairs, setting up water bottles/glasses).

3. Errands & General Duties

- Assist with moving light office furniture, boxes, or office supplies when needed.
- Run local errands (e.g., depositing documents, collecting mail/parcels, buying basic pantry supplies).
- Alert management when cleaning supplies or pantry goods (tea, coffee, sugar, towels) are running low.
