The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day store and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth stock movement, inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of operational activities. The role includes monitoring mobile and gift stock, coordinating stock transfers between branches and warehouse, maintaining inward and outward records, checking damaged/repair/RP items, verifying system and physical stock, preparing daily operational reports, and coordinating with sales, accounts, warehouse, and management teams. The Executive will also ensure that all company processes and SOPs are strictly followed, identify stock mismatches or operational issues, maintain proper records, and escalate discrepancies to the concerned senior person. The position requires good communication, basic Excel/computer knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-up skills to ensure effective and accurate daily operations.
