We're building direct advertiser relationships for a high-engagement Bengali Facebook and Youtube News channel — real comments, real conversations, real local reach. We need a hungry, street-smart closer to bring Kolkata's shopkeepers and brand owners on board.

What You'll Do

- Hit the ground daily across Kolkata's commercial hubs, pitching video shoutouts, logo integrations, pinned links & brand features
- Hunt leads — retailers, clinics, coaching centers, real estate, local services & Etc.
- Own the full deal cycle: pitch → negotiate → close → collect assets
- Keep sponsors happy and renewing, not just signing once
- Coordinate with our content team so every deal gets delivered on time

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 yrs in field sales, B2B, or media/ad sales
- Fluent Bengali; comfortable in Hindi/English
- Own two-wheeler + valid license (not Mandatory)
- A closer's mindset — persistent, sharp, target-driven

Generate Advertising Sales: Identify potential advertisers, pitch advertising packages, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients while understanding their advertising requirements.

Drive Revenue Growth: Follow up on leads, close deals, retain clients, and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
