We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and effective business processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices that contribute to improved information flow and business performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other department heads to align operational goals with organizational strategy.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
