Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in collections within the NBFC industry, specifically handling Payday Loans. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and recovery skills while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- Key Responsibilities:Manage and recover overdue payments from customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Handle collection activities for Payday Loan accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to collections.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy.




- Required Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections within an NBFC handling Payday Loans.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Preferred Skills:Customer handling and conflict resolution.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Requirement:Candidates must have prior experience in an NBFC handling Payday Loan collections. Applications without relevant Payday Loan experience will not be considered.
