Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Process Associate to join our Visa Application Processing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling visa application documentation, data entry, form preparation, and ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing visa applications and related documentation.
- Collect, verify, and organize client information and supporting documents.
- Accurately enter applicant details into visa application forms and systems.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain missing or required information.
- Maintain proper records of applications and supporting documents.
- Follow company procedures and visa-processing guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client information.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely application processing.




- Track application status and provide updates to the concerned team.
- Important Requirements Minimum typing speed: 35 words per minute (WPM) is mandatory.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with online forms, documents, and computer systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn visa application procedures.
- Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
- Experience & Qualifications Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in visa processing, travel, immigration, BPO, or documentation will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of DS-160 and U.S. visa application procedures is an added advantage.
- Candidates without prior visa-processing experience may be considered and trained.
