Job Description:
SS Property is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to handle incoming customer calls generated through our property videos and social media platforms.
The main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer enquiry is attended to on time and that interested customers are properly guided and their property visits are scheduled with our field team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly.
- Respond to missed calls and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Understand customer property requirements.
- Provide basic information about properties featured in our videos.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Share customer requirements with the concerned team member.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and scheduled visits.
- Coordinate with the field team for smooth site visits.
- Stay updated with the properties and videos posted by SS Property.
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Hindi and Bengali preferred.
- Polite, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Comfortable handling back-to-back calls.
- Good listening and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Previous customer support/calling experience will be an advantage.
Important: This is primarily a customer support and call-handling role, not a field sales role. The candidate should be comfortable being available during working hours and handling a high volume of customer calls.
