NAbout the Job:
NGnapi Technologies is seeking a high-impact GIS Consultant with deep expertise in ESRI Utility Network (UN) and GE Smallworld to lead and execute complex bi-directional data migrations. This role is critical for large-scale utility transformation programs involving legacy Smallworld systems and modern ESRI Utility Network architectures.
NWhat We Are Looking For:
NA highly motivated GIS skilled with deep expertise in ESRI/Smallworld technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in complex enterprise environments
NWhat you'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end GIS data migration between GE Smallworld and ESRI Utility Network
N
- Analyze and map Smallworld schemas and data models to ESRI Utility Network
N




- Design migration strategies for structure networks, domain networks, asset groups, asset types, and associations
N
- Handle network topology, connectivity rules, containment, and association migration
N
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality checks
N
- Support cutover, rollback, and delta migration strategies
N
- Strong hands-on experience with ESRI Utility Network (UN)
N
- Domain Networks, Structure Networks, Asset Groups & Asset Types
N
- Network Rules, Associations, Connectivity & Containment
N
- ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro
N
- Strong understanding ofSmallworld GIS data models
N
- Experience extracting and transforming Smallworld utility data

- Exposure to Magik-basedenvironments
