- Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation. N
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics. N
- Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present. N
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis,



and process improvements. N
- Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. N
- Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance. N

- Bachelor's degreein Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields) and a MBA degree (2026 Graduates). N
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities. N

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. N
