NOur stores are the most critical touchpoint of customer experience and the interior and exterior fitout plays an important role in it.
NAs a project manager, youwill be responsible for the entire store fitout.
NRoles and responsibilities:

- Leads the entire retail fit out project from bare shell, design finalization to execution N
- Drive innovation and improve store design and retail fixtures N
- Maintenance of retail interiors, exteriors, fixtures and related N
- Build and lead a high performance team N
- Forecast resources needed to complete projects and manage team members in an effective and effective way N
- Prepare the budget and the bill of materials and bill of quantity for each project N
- Maintain all project related documents such as contracts, GFCs, As-builts, warranties, etc. Maintain and monitor invoice submission checklist N
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan N
- Plan and execute interior, HVAC and MEP works at given projects N
- Develop and maintain rapport with contractors/vendors and/or suppliers N
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution N
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed N
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Define standard guidelines N
- Develop a robust maintenance schedule for the upkeep of completed projects N
nCandidate Profile:

- n
- 5-8 years;
ideally 10+ years of work experience in the field and 2+ years in managing a team. N
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field. N
- Proven experience in handling retail fitout projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline especially from Retail background organisations N
- Must have knowledge in Commercial Interiors, False ceiling, POP, Partitioning, managing Site N
