nReview loan files for completeness and accuracy
N
- Confirm application information against all documents within the file
N
- Analyze all credit documents, including, but not limited to, mortgage applications, credit history and income documents, title documents, appraisals and all applicable compliance documents.
N
- Knowledge to validate that a prospective mortgagors loan application adheres to the Investors, Secondary Investors (Fannie & Freddie) and guidelines of applicable government agencies to approve the loan
N
- Should have experience in Income Calculations
N
- Should possess analytical skills in reviewing the LTV/CLTV
N




- Review the eligibility of Property, Borrowers
N
- Evaluate debt ratio, loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation
N
- Identify risk factors, including fraud red flags to determine or verify misrepresentation
N
- Condition files for missing/ supporting documentation as needed
N
- Test system updates as well as system changes as they occur
N
- Complete required trainings and assessments
N
- Ensure the appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive client data.
N
- Ensure all policies, procedures and guidelines are followed.
