NThe role is to develop, influence and drive the implementation of the growth agenda for his / her territory.
NEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meet S&D; targets by effective implementation of area sales & development plans. N
- Develop Sales forecastsfor all categories based on trends to maximize sale. N
- Develop channel sales strategy for geography assigned in consultation with the Manager. N
- Define allocation of sales targets to the different MT accounts in consultation with the Manager of Sales based on a explicit understanding of the calendar of inputs/market growth/category growth. N
- Plan and achieve SKU assortment expansion in regional and national MT accounts. N
- Stocks and logistics planning for the area. N
- Ensure distributor claims are settled in time by proper scrutiny and on-field verification. N
- Ensure retention of agreed ROI for the distributors. N
- Execute distributor MISpackages and ensure requisite compliance from the distributors as per agreed timelines. N




- Build trust and relationship with Modern Trade accounts by providing clarity and solutions to any issue raised by them within a reasonable time frame. N
- Work very closely with Regional Customer Marketing /Key Account teams in the management of schemes/promotions/contests being run to promote the company brand. N
- Execute specific promotions - exhibitions, sampling, in-store activities, etc. in Key A/Cs. N
- Plan for new product launches by account based on a thorough understanding of category and organization objectives for the products to be launched. N

nRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:

- Graduate Must, MBA preferable.
N
- 3-5 years of experiencein Modern Trade from the FMCG industry only.
N
- In depth knowledge of DMart, RRL,C&C; & LMT in Gujrat.
N
- A good understanding ofMS Excel is a must.
N
- Should be able to read and understand data
