- The Paid Social Specialist will work closely with the manager (paid social) and brand marketing teams to set and deliver paid social campaigns that align closely with the key social and business objectives. The role will also include budget pacing, optimizations, accurate reporting and industry knowledge of paid social channels. N

nRELEVANT EXPERIENCE
NMinimum 3 years of experience managing paid social efforts and/or media buying, and strategy development

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, Tiktok, Snapchat etc. N
- Monitor daily performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI. N
- Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and digital marketing strategy. N

nBudget & Performance Tracking

- Manage paid social media budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and spending allocation. N
- Conduct monthly reportson budget spends. N
