NKey Responsibilities
nLead and manage the Social Media team, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and timely delivery of content
NSupervise, mentor, and coordinate with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Creators, and Social Media Executives to maintain quality and consistency
NOwn and drive the growth strategy for our Instagram account with 207K+ followers
NManage, optimize, and scale our YouTube channel for maximum reach, engagement, and subscriber growth




NDevelop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives
NPlan, schedule, and oversee the publishing of reels, posts, stories, YouTube videos, and other social media content
NResearch trending products, viral content ideas, industry trends, and competitor strategies to keep our content ahead of the curve
NReview and approve content before publishing to ensure it aligns with ProSync Infotech's brand guidelines and quality standards
NMonitor audience engagement, community interactions, and platform performance while ensuring timely responses where required
NTrack content performance, prepare regular reports, and use analytics to optimize future content strategies
NStay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and emerging content opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
NCollaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, product launches, and brand-building in
