NAbout the Role
nBIBA Fashion is looking for an experienced Factory Head to lead its Indore Unit. The role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in luxury women wear ethnic apparel manufacturing, specializing in Aari, Adda, Zardozi, Resham, Sequin, Beadwork, Mirror Work, Thread Embroidery, and other intricate handcrafted embellishments. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, quality, productivity, cost optimization, and timely execution while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
NKey Responsibilities
nProduction & Manufacturing

- Lead end-to-end production of embroidered garments from sampling to bulk production. N
- Plan daily, weekly, andmonthly production schedules to achieve delivery commitments. N
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, embroidery frames (Adda), and production capacity. N




- Drive productivity improvements while maintaining superior craftsmanship. N
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize idle time and bottlenecks. N
